Evaluation of the potential risks, opportunities and initiating necessary actions, dealing all contractual matters with the Client/Consultant, Negotiation of commercial terms & conditions, Claim Resolution, Preparation of cases for Arbitration, Narrative writing and preparation of EOT Claims (Extension of Time + Claim for recovery of EOT delay Costs).
Project Cost Controlling, preparation of lease deeds, verification of BOQ/Interim Payment, Purchase Orders/Variation Orders, and Estimation of Quantities as per Drawings, Cash Flow Forecast in light of budgetary provisions / Project Tracking & scheduling.
