We are leading supplier of eco food and drinks packaging, providing an end-to-end service from design to sourcing to storage and final delivery. Working with a wide range of quick-service food businesses across the globe, including many start-ups, we provide a key service into this rapidly growing food sector. The business is expanding and looking for a bright, talented and motivated sales order processor to join our virtual team and focused on exceptional customer results.
Key Responsibilities
• Process and manage orders via website and accounting system. Full Training will be given.
• Assist customers over the phone, email and live chat regarding our products and services. Hence need great linguistics skills In English as this is Virtual Based Role.
• Provide advice and quotations to new and existing customers.
• Resolve customer issues, queries, complaints, and delivery issues.
• Assist customers abroad to support our growing export business.
• Manage customer expectations especially during busy periods.
• Maintain and improve customer databases.
• Retain customers and increase revenue on small accounts.
• Liaise with outsourced couriers and warehouse on a daily service.
• Manage leads through CRM. Experience Required for Sales Order Processor
• Previous experience in customer service in a small business.
• Experience working in a B2B product distribution business.
• Knowledge and experience in using Sage 50 or a similar accounting system preferred.
Qualifications •
Educated minimum to A-level standard.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and hit multiple daily deadlines.
• Highly organized.
• Excellent memory.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel is essential.
• Fluent in English language is core for this Role.
• Must be comfortable dealing with a high volume of administrative duties.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to thrive in a busy environment.

Working Hours
Working hours will be from 4:30am – 01:00pm
