We are providing customer services to UK Based Shipping / Logistics Company.
- Due to continued growth we’re hiring enthusiastic customer service representative to manage customer’s shipments.
- Calling customers in the UK and getting all the relevant information / documents for their Import / Export shipments.
- Ensuring all the information gathered is entered into the portal.
- Following up on customer’s shipments and mange day to day operational activities.
- Ensuring highest level of customer service is provided at all times.
Requirements:
- Candidates should have sound knowledge of using a computer, internet and also Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Candidates with a proactive approach, good communication, and English language skills are preferred (verbal and written)
- On the job paid training will be provided by the company, Fresh Candidates who recently finished studies can also apply and will be preferred.
- Ability to work within a team.
