We’re looking for an intelligent and passionate Sales Analyst who could deal with the clients directly and meet individual targets as well as contribute in team’s sales targets. As a Sales Analyst you will be making sales through different sources.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales forecast
- Analyze data and evaluate current sales goals
- Generate sales reports
- Recommend appropriate changes in the current sales techniques and procedures as well as promotional, marketing efforts to increase sales and drive business
- Writing emails and newsletters (revising them after regular intervals based on the response rate)
- Writing blogs and case studies
- Writing detailed and technical proposals
- Preparing all sorts of agreements and contracts
- Preparing presentations
- Should be familiar with cold calling (English accent should be good)
- Have meetings with the clients directly to gather and understand project requirements (English writing, speaking and listening skills required). You should be sharp and alert to understand the requirements while the client discusses the project with you over a voice/video call and also be able to propose good solutions and give suggestions)
- Providing support to the valued clients and building strong and healthy business relationship with all clients
- Using tools to automate different processes like sending bulk emails, providing support to clients on live chat etc.
- Conducts research into competitive companies and the surrounding market.
- Experience in tele sales will be a plus.
