Mobile Coat is seeking a dedicated Mall Salesperson with at least one year of experience in a retail mall environment. The Salesperson works closely with the retail team but does not have supervisory responsibilities. The successful candidate must be comfortable handling cash transactions accurately and maintaining organized inventory records. Strong communication skills are essential to create a positive shopping experience, effectively respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly. Responsibilities

- Process cash and electronic payments accurately and efficiently while following company policies.
- Manage inventory by conducting regular stock checks, organizing displays, and reporting shortages or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, attractive, and organized sales floor that complies with brand standards and safety regulations.
- Adapt to working at various mall locations as assigned to support company operations and maximize customer reach.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals and share insights related to customer trends and preferences.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and security protocols to safeguard assets and maintain a secure environment.
