Mobilesoft is seeking a talented and skilled Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong abilities in design principles and excellent communication skills to create visually appealing graphics that meet the companys marketing and branding needs. This role involves working with digital design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to develop engaging content for various platforms. The Graphic Designer collaborates with different departments to ensure consistent visual messaging and upholds the company's brand standards while bringing fresh, innovative ideas to life.
The position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within deadlines. Although this role does not include team management responsibilities, the Graphic Designer acts as a key contributor by providing creative input and taking ownership of assigned projects. The candidate should be comfortable working independently and taking initiative to improve processes, workflows, and visual outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Create original graphic designs and layouts for digital and print media using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Develop visual concepts based on project requirements and company branding guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to produce promotional materials, website graphics, and social media visuals.
- Review and refine designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects at various stages simultaneously, maintaining effective timelines and meeting deadlines.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders to understand project objectives and incorporate feedback into design revisions.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve design quality and creativity.
- Ensure all designs align with the companys brand identity and messaging standards.
- Prepare and optimize graphics for various digital platforms and print production.
- Maintain organized files and documentation of design projects and assets for easy access and use.
