· Responsible for month end financial closing.
· Preparation of quarterly and final financial accounts.
· Preparation of Monthly financial Review and Branch wise PL.
· Preparation and submission of quarterly Reporting of Management Certificate.
· Calculation and recording of accrued interest on Daily Product.
· Recording of provision, write off and Return/cost of fund.
· Preparation of Deposit reports.
· Uploading of Cash flow and Trail Balance on Oracle Hyperion.
· Submission of various reports (Cash Bridge, aging etc.) to Group and other independent entity.
· Preparation of schedules related to Mutual fund, T-bill and TDR.
· Updating of Money Market, Cash and T-bills in TM5.
· Extracting GL reports for the other department and for the financial review.
· Monitoring of Preparation of T24 to GP reconciliation.
· Monitoring of Payable to supplier & Advances to supplier reconciliation.
· Reviewing the payable to supplier/Payments before booking into the ledger.
· Authorization of GP entries related to payables/payments.
· Reviewing the Contract with the vendor.
· Interaction and coordination with IT team and vendors for changes in system and
· UAT for software.
· Import of data from T24 to GP and reconciling of any discrepancies found.
· Updating chart of accounts and opening of new accounts in GP utility and Mapping with the GP.
