Coordination for the CEO:
- Drafting emails on special occasions on behalf of the CEO.
- Scheduling the meetings/travelling of the CEO.
- Getting documents signed off from the CEO.
- Processing his expense claims and payments and managing his transport and accommodation while travelling.
Procurement:
- Maintaining an updated MIS of all procurements.
- Processing of purchase requisitions, collection of quotations, evaluations and order issuance.
- Vendor management (Coordination, Induction, and MIS maintenance of vendors)
- Reporting of all procurement related tasks.
