  • Ensuring that he/she represent the Bank and should handle Inbound and Outbound Call efficiently and accurately
  • Providing the premium services to customer and resolute help to customer on their first call
  • Ensuring accurate information should delivered to the customer
  • Ensuring that quality of the call is not disturbed
  • Ensure 100% customer retention & loyalty by providing quality service to the customers
  • Ensuring the secrecy of Customer’s and Bank’s Data
  • Ensuring other task assigned by manager should be done in mean time
