- Ensure compliance with Bank’s policies and procedures as well as SBP/prudential regulations for smooth conduct of Bank Operations efficiently and consistently.
- Provide support to MFS team and sales team while dealing with corporate clients and agent’s network related to banking policies and SBP regulations.
- Correspondence and follow ups with internal and external stakeholders for enrichment of Mobile Financial Services.
- Ensure to handling and examination of agreements and account opening documents of Bank operation.
- Responsible for a range of testing, mostly focus on UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for Core Banking & Branchless Application, will have a strong background using Banking Applications.
- Managing the dashboard reporting system of CPU activities along with maintaining the desired level of quality within the department and with the pertinent stakeholders.
- Data Analysis, Data Reconciliation & Data Reporting, Monthly Reporting which includes (individual performance reporting, Date wise compiled statistics of financial (Cumulative count & disbursed amount) along with the graphical depiction of loan disbursement and individual performance).
- Managing the CPU core banking unit along with maintaining the KPIs and keeping the team updated regarding product knowledge.
- Providing the system support to branches extracting the exact issue, making strong follow up with diverse stakeholder’s, and solving the case by providing the decisive solution.
- Timely identification of Operational activities/ Processes that can be digitized.
- Review of operations audit reports and ensure to solve the quires within the timelines shared by compliance.
- Ensure the updation of SLAs/agreements related to Operations.
- Implementation of reports and dashboards to monitor the whole activates of Bank operations and KPI’s.
