· Perform market intelligence studies, integrate the findings to generate ideas on product features, end to end development of new products and recommend appropriate product strategy
· Periodic Review of Existing Products in line with market suitability, in house requirements and made necessary amendments
· Coordinate with all stakeholders for development, testing and implementation of new products/services
· Compliance of regulator instructions related to products service quality
· Conduct product profitability analysis and suggest required measures for improvement
· Coordinate with training department for development and imparting training on products
· Sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products in different product lines, segments and areas
