- Assist in identifying the current staffing needs and to forecast for the future needs.
- Assist in external and internal hiring (i.e. moving/ transferring an individual from one job to another).
- Communicate with new hires before their start date to provide necessary information (e.g. submission of starter kit, work schedules and contract details of POC)
