- Handling Bank’s social media platforms like Facebook, twitter, LinkedIn and work place with frequently posting on these platforms and replying to the queries routed through these platforms.
- Preparing/generating content for bank’s magazine, annual report, customer success stories and making sure to roll out magazine on quarterly basis.
- Handling bank’s website and keep it up to date with bank’s latest events and changes. Also develop content to be uploaded on website.
- Prepare corporate communications, executive profiles and president’ messages for different occasions.
- Assist in planning and executing different customer engagement activities through branches and area offices.
