The Ideal candidate should have experience in maintaining Purchases, book keeping, management accounts, credit control, accounts payable, accounts receivable cashflow credit control Excellent communication skills as you have to communicate with local clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Bookkeeping for Pakistan company, maintaining Purchase and sale ledger & credit collection, credit controls
  • Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debts of company debtors
  • Ensuring the timely payment of debts
  • Following up payments as needed
  • Negotiating re-payment plans
  • Responding to relevant client inquiries
  • Processing and reconciliation of invoices
  • Checking and posting of receipts accounting systems
  • Check customer`s credit and approve or deny applications based on company standards and requirements
  • Ensure customers pay on time and chase any overdue invoices

Specific Tasks

  • Maintaining the accounts of all partners
  • Keep the track of pretty cash
  • Keep the track of cash in hand
