JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Bookkeeping for Pakistan company, maintaining Purchase and sale ledger & credit collection, credit controls
- Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debts of company debtors
- Ensuring the timely payment of debts
- Following up payments as needed
- Negotiating re-payment plans
- Responding to relevant client inquiries
- Processing and reconciliation of invoices
- Checking and posting of receipts accounting systems
- Check customer`s credit and approve or deny applications based on company standards and requirements
- Ensure customers pay on time and chase any overdue invoices

- Maintaining the accounts of all partners
- Keep the track of pretty cash
