Job description / Role

We are looking for an ambitious Junior Accountant to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities: -

The daily responsibilities, tasks, and duties of junior account executives in most companies are shown in the job description example provided below:

  1. Attend client meetings on regular basis or when delegated to handle such task.
  2. Prepare client reports on regular basis and submit such to the appropriate authority.
  3. Develop workable strategies for marketing and sales generation.
  4. Develop helpful plans that will target new and prospective customers for the organization.
  5. Retain all the existing clients of the organization.
  6. Work together with the account planners of the organization for proper analysis of the chosen budget and clients brief.
  7. Prepare and submit to the appropriate authority in the organization, all advertising requirements.
  8. Meet clients’ needs latest by deadlines allotted to such needs.
  9. Manage account of the clients and also handle their invoicing.
  10. Maintain contact with the customers at every stage of advertising or marketing campaign.
  11. Check consistently and report in details, the progress recorded on campaigns.
  12. Negotiate on behalf of the organization with the client.
  13. Solve all the problems clients may report on and intimate the senior account executive of those problems he/she finds difficult to handle.
  14. Make available to customers campaign ideas and the costing.

Education & Experience: -

1.     Candidate should have a M. Com (CA), MBA (Finance), Tally ERP 9 / degree holder.

2.     Candidate should have a degree and minimum 4-5 years of work experience with in the steel & structural sector.

3.     Excellent analytical and communication skills.
