We are looking for a High-performing Head of Sales in the Real-estate sector to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.
Job prerequisites are:
1. Bachelor's Degree holder or Above.
2. 8-12 Years of Sales experience with at least 05 years in the Real-estate sector.
3. Successful previous experience in Real-estate sales as Sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
4. Committed to continuous learning through workshops, seminars and conferences.
5. Proven ability to drive the sales process sucessfully from planning to closing.
6. Strong industrial links and expertise in relevant fields.
7. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Build and promote strong, long-lasting relations with customers by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
2. Instill an energetic team culture centered around selflessness and team targets within the Sales department.
3. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the Sales Team.
4. Design and assist in implementing strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base while retaining existing ones.
5. Actively communicate and assist the HR department with hiring, coaching and monitoring and evaluating the performance of Sales executives.
6. Present sales, revenues and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
7. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
