Job Description/Responsibilities of OSO / Online Support Officer / Call Centre Agent
Job of OSO will be to coordinate and connect the client with the right resource. OSO also needs to have a clear understanding of complete life cycle of the operational process and should have the skills to satisfy the client’s expectation by clearly understanding the requirement and then passing it to the concerned desk for speedy conduct of the task. The tasks of OSO are as following:-
1. Serve customers by determining requirements, answering inquiries, resolving problems, fulfilling requests maintaining database.
2. Determines requirements by working with customers.
3. Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information, researching, locating, and providing information.
4. Resolves problems by clarifying issues: researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions, escalating unresolved problems.
5. Maintains call centre database by entering information.
