Ensure smooth working of above surface mining operations.
- Assets (Vehicles, Gensets, Equipment) are well stored, maintained, and periodic maintenance is timely conducted.
- Ensure Stores are maintained properly as per best practices.
- Ensure smooth and quick loading of finished goods vehicles.
- Ensure adequate safety in mines and post trauma care availability to injured staff.
- Ensuring timely and economical repairs of Company Transport Vehicles & Genset.
- Making Implementation and compliance of SOP's.
- Create accurate system for proactively monitoring operations.
- Ensure departments are efficiently organized, right people are at the right job and working together as a team to deliver business objectives.
- Timely procurement.
- Budgeting & forecasting.
- Ensuring preventive maintenance to decrease R&M costs.
- Finding alternate uses of scrap materials.
- Ensuring compliance of operations as per our and govt. mining standards/rules & regulations.
- Ensuring licenses, permits and leases are timely renewed.
- Working closely with Finance, HR and Corporate Affairs to achieve company objectives.
- Keep an eye on administrative work of Head Office.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
