Job Description

  • Responsible for ensuring the company’s Financial operation and obligations complies with the Company’s policy as well as financial and legal requirements.
  • Ensuring the timely preparation of monthly financial statements. 
  • Development, implementation of Annual Business Plan (ABP) of the organization and ensuring compliance.
  • Ensure that all assets and transactions are properly accounted for and that there exists an effective system of internal control.
  • Review the financial management needs of the organization and propose new systems and processes to support these needs that are aligned with legal obligations.
  • Assist the Management for identifying resources to meet the funds requirements of organization and for negotiation/arrangement of funds at economical rates.
  • Dealing with banks and financial and banking institutions to fulfill the short term and long-term funding requirements of the company i.e., Project Financing, working capital lines, Trade lines, leasing etc.  
  • Carry out funds management to ensure effective deployment of funds in productive channels.
  • Assist in developing organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking in developing new businesses and current business expansion.
  • Responsible for sales tax, income tax and withholding tax matters of the company; Direct, guide, control and ensure timely action on all matters relating to the organization and ensure reporting compliance within the prescribed time in accordance with the law.
  • Coordinate with the external auditors to ensure timely completion of the annual audit and arrange approval of the audited accounts by the Board of Directors.
  • Provide advice and solutions to management regarding new business plans and expansions by preparing and evaluating feasibilities.
  • Monitor changes in relevant legislation, the regulatory environment, statutory changes, monetary policy, finance bills/budgets and policies that might affect the organization and take appropriate action in the interest of the company.
  • All Company secretarial duties; lesioning with SECP and other regulatory bodies.
