• Organizing HR Department; documenting current processes, preparing: organograms, JDs, work-load analysis, identifying KPIs, setting performance evaluation methodology and appraisal system.
  • Reviewing HR Policies; recruitment, leave, medical, remuneration etc.
  • Identifying employee capability development needs and preparing training plans.
  • Creating training strategy & action plan.
  • Ensuring timely recruitment for vacant positions.
  • Ensure that HR documentation and filing is updated.
  • Managing all the tasks related to HR.
  • Develop creative strategies for Employee Retention.
  • Managing HR Module in ERP system.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Ms-Word, Ms-PowerPoint, Ms-Excel).
