- We are providers of software and services for a UK based Health provider company.
- The person MUST be caring and compassionate.
- Must have the ability to listen and then offer a solution.
- Clients that will be calling in from the UK will all be from the UK Health sector.
- They are responsible for delivering care to the elderly in Old People’s Homes.
- So being compassionate is very important aspect but also must have the ability to solve problems.
- We are looking for a sharp and energetic Customer Support Representative who can work in a challenging and yet compatible environment.
- The ideal candidate must possess:
- The person MUST be caring and compassionate.
- Candidate must be experienced of handling international customer through calls (British Accent Required) and Tickets.
- Candidate must have ability to provide right solutions to the customer's request.
- Create/Update tickets in a proper manner.
- Candidate should be Proficient in problem resolution techniques with strong voice and British Accent.
- Candidate should have the ability to learn and manage our in-house system properly.
- Training will be provided to the selected candidate.
