• Respond to client inquiries via Emails.
• Provide superior customer service in response to all customer inquiries.
• Excellent English writing skills with good grammar and spelling
• Manually process orders when necessary.
• Experience not required; however, preference will be given to who have prior experience in email and chat communication with international clients. A full hand on training will be provided to the selected candidate
• Should have experience in Adobe Photoshop
• Team player with very good interpersonal skills and forward-looking attitude
• Competency in MS Word and basic computer knowledge.
