- To complete the vehicle’s Log Book on daily basis. ·
- To maintain the overall cleanliness of the vehicle on regular basis..Check the vehicle’s water, oil fuel levels, brakes, belts etc. on daily basis. ·
- To be responsible for the safety and security of the vehicle at all times, especially when the vehicle is on out of station trips. ·
- To observe the transport schedule provided by the concerned officer. ·
- To observe the Traffic Rules & Regulations enforced by the authorities from time to time. ·
- To inform well in time the concerned officer of any malfunction and / or maintenance required for the vehicle. ·
- To assist the staff / passengers in loading and unloading of their baggage from the vehicle. ·
- To obey the instructions issued from time to time by the concerned officer. ·
- Keep yourself physically fit and get your driving license renewed in time. ·
- Any other duty/task assigned by the Management.
