· Work as messenger, within and outside of the office.
· To be responsible for dusting of the office and all office equipment’s etc.,
· Guarding assets and office premises,
· Make the photocopies from photocopier,
· Preparing & serving meals/refreshment to staff, guests and visitors etc.,
· Attend phone calls, note messages and convey those to the person concerned after office hours,
· Responsible for maintenance and cleanliness of kitchen
· Any other duty/task assigned by the Management.
