Money Tap is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with at least 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator and demonstrate the ability to produce engaging and innovative visual content that aligns with the company's brand identity. This role requires a professional who can collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure consistent and compelling design solutions.
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating captivating graphics for both digital and print media while adhering to project deadlines and brand guidelines. Although this position does not require team management, it demands excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will contribute to enhancing the company's visual presence and marketing efforts through creative design expertise and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, social media, and print materials.
- Develop and maintain visual branding elements consistent with the company's style and identity.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to create cohesive and effective design solutions.
- Prepare and deliver design concepts, prototypes, and final artwork within established timelines.
- Ensure all designs meet company standards and comply with technical requirements for various formats.
- Continuously research and apply industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to improve design quality.
- Edit and retouch images using Adobe Photoshop to enhance visual appeal and clarity.
- Create vector illustrations, logos, and complex artwork using Adobe Illustrator.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute original ideas for creative projects.
- Review and revise designs based on feedback to achieve final approval and client satisfaction.
