o Assists Regional and Central team in implementation, monitoring of an IT based system in respective constituencies.
o Prepare a profile for each constituency as per the standard template and results will be shared with the Central Team.
o Ensure timely delivery of data / material to Constituency Manager.
o Coordinate the trainings of Constituency Manager and Constituency Master Trainers.
o Follow-up on the timelines agreed with the Constituency Candidate /Manager for:
§ Constituency Teaming up to Polling Station level using the tracking summary of the identification / organization of teams (UC Wise / PS Wise)
§ Identification & marking of target votes up to polling station level.
§ Voter List Data updates including phone numbers through D2D.
§ Election Day management tasks including polling agents (identification, training & material).
§ Results management.
o Ensure the collection of undertaking singed by UC Coordinators and Polling Station Teams.
o Timely reporting of implementation issues to regional / central team.
o Any other duty assigned by the regional / central team.
