This niche design and build contractor undertakes both Construction, Interior Fit Out and Refurbishment projects across the Retail and Commercial Often the lead contractor on site, the company directly employs qualified and experienced Project Managers and Site Managers to manage the delivery of each scheme to time and budget.
The scope of the project includes Civils, Enabling works, New Build, Refurbishment and Interiors packages. Duties will include but not be limited to the following: Monitor each project budget, ensuring each scheme is delivered profitably Set up and manage safe and clean construction sites Stakeholder Management Line management of subcontractors, trade and labour Procurement and management of subcontract packages and specialist materials Develop and monitor project plans Keeping up to date with variations Quality control An interesting and varied role the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of Managing Construction and Interior projects to time and budget. Package PKR 60,000 - 100,000 Depending on experience. Health Insurance and accidental Life coverage. 14 Days Holiday plus National Holidays.
