- Installation and configuration of hardware (Computers, LCDs, Printers, Scanners, Switches, Network Cables, etc.)
- Installation of Operating systems (windows 8.1) and other software’s (MS Office 2013, etc.)
- MS Outlook 2013 installation, configuration, Backup.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Knowledge of IP addresses, Domain, Workgroup, domain users.
- Talking staff or clients through a series of actions either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
- Hardware maintenance and Replacement of parts as required.
