Project Detail

We are looking for a world-class Lead UX/UI & Interactive Designer to set the highest possible visual and interactive standard for our projects—targeting Awwwards/Webby caliber design excellence. This role requires a unique blend of high-level creative vision and technical prototyping skill, particularly in 3D-integrated interfaces.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

Design Standards & Vision: Define the overall visual and interactive standard (style guide, tone, feel) for the entire digital product.
Complex UI Design: Concept and deliver designs for advanced user interfaces, including innovative 3D Heads-Up Displays (HUDs) and data visualization layers.
Interactive Prototyping: Create high-fidelity, interactive prototypes to test and demonstrate complex motion and user flows.
Design System Management: Develop, document, and maintain the central digital Design System (components, tokens, accessibility standards).
Visual Storytelling: Use motion and interaction to create clear, compelling narratives that enhance the user journey.

Required Skills & Technologies

Mastery of UX/UI Principles and User-Centered Design methodologies.
Expert proficiency in Interactive Prototyping tools (Figma, Framer).
Demonstrated experience with advanced Motion Design principles and tools (e.g., integrating with GSAP timelines).
A strong portfolio showcasing Visual Storytelling and experience with complex, non-standard interfaces.
