PERSON SPECIFICATION-Must have an excellent communication skills and charming personality.-Must have Good casting knowledge and Talent Management skills.-Polite and positive manner as the position requires a considerable amount of work on the phone with Artists, Celebrities and Film makers.-Excellent Management skills-Bold and professional-Ability to work with accuracy, flexibility and pro-actively-Excellent soft skills and a good sense of humor-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-Should be approachable, patient, hard working and diplomatic-must have in-depth and up to date knowledge of new and existing Talents.-Must have good computer and ms office knowledge-must have a wide knowledge of entertainment industry, cinema, theater, actors, celebrities, artists, auditions etc.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

ADMINISTRATION-Managing and planning of Business Execution and recording daily worksheet. Maintaining the company data base artists/clients records.-Managing transactions, planning budget and records.-Administrate and update all telephone lists, internal and external-Arranging meetings, auditions and appointments-Administrate Artists and client’s data-Liaise with the Admin Secretary about any other administrative duties-Keep up to date the company records, history of online and offline Business records and archive all show materials-Coordinating between Management, Artists, Clients and IT Team Follow up on artists and clients accounts-Respond to artist and recruiters submissions, requests and invitations

CASTING-Work closely with Artists, Production and Directors accountants, budgeting and negotiation.

-Responsible for matching the ideal Actor/Artists to each role, based on a number of factors, such as the artists' experience, ability, reputation, availability and box office appeal.-Organize and conduct interviews and auditions for each part, and are also in charge of offering each Artists an appropriate fee to appear in the film/projects, as well as drawing up and negotiating the terms and conditions of contracts with Directors/recruiters.-Knowledge of the artists and an extensive understanding of their abilities and holding account on the Artist and involve them in grooming, workshops and auditions.-Liaise with a range of people, including other production staff, talent agents, and the actors them- selves.-Negotiation and organization for artists’ fees, and arranging the terms and conditions of their contracts for cast with directors and producers.-Book audition spaces, Create casting lists-Liaise with the Artists and Directors and freelance directors regarding breakdowns, lists, and other requirements-Use Spotlight to release breakdowns, search for actors, and create shortlists , Check actors availability Set up and administrate audition days-Accountable for delivering work on schedule by efficiently managing productivity and cross department communication.-Delivery plans and schedules for shows.- Photocopy scripts and materials for particular days-Follow up auditions/casting and let actors know if they have been unsuccessful or make offers where appropriate, following these up when necessary-Write contracts for the General Manager to sign and send to agents-Collate contact information for creative team and actors for every production-Respond to artist submissions, requests and invitations-Occasionally write creative team contracts, record equal opportunities data Collate biographies and ‘headshots’

ASSISTING THE ARTISTS AND DIRECTORS-Following up with artists’ profile and time to time update on various auditions and workshops Arranging workshops, portfolio shoots and grooming for artists-Read and feedback on scripts as appropriate for auditions-Understanding clients need and cascade the same to the right candidates and artists-Follow up with artist and clients on call/email/meeting with correspondence when asked -Undertake research as required and assist with reports-Assist the Marketing Assistant with on-the-day organizing and managing-Any administration needed and general support
