Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's overall business objectives
  • Manage and mentor the HR team to ensure effective execution of HR initiatives
  • Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
  • Manage employee relations and handle employee complaints or grievances
  • Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and in line with industry standards
  • Conduct performance management and employee development programs, including training, coaching, and career development planning
  • Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies to create a positive and productive work environment
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to HR, including labor laws, payroll, and benefits administration
  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in HR, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR management, with experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, as well as local labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems
