- You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.
Responsibilities
- Daily/weekly/Monthly visit to the market and onboarding of B2B Agents.
- Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders.
- Develop a trusted advisory relationship with agents, customer, internal & external partners
- Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and achievement
- Research, identify, and resolve customer/B2B complaints.
- Identifying customer/business need, presenting relevant product, Objection handling with superior aftersales service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business while preference will be given to master (specialize in marketing).
- 3+ years' of relevant work experience in travels & tourism, airline sector especially in sales
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
