We are urgently looking for an expert, versatile and talented Fashion Designer for one of our iconic fashion apparel brands.
- Ideal candidate should be Graduate with at least 4 to 5 years of experience in similar role in Fashion/Retail Industry.
- To design and develop eastern sample for the production along with sketch.
- To research on fashion industries/markets and latest fashion trends.
- To give fashion styling and complete makeover of the models for photo shoot.
- Managing design process from visualization to final product.
- Managing embroidery process.
- Knowledge of fashion, design, sketching and embroidery.
- Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics and techniques, and seeking design inspiration.
- Collaborating with team members to select seasonal themes, make edits to line, and create new concepts along with design mood board.
- Handle Plotting and colour ways along travelling and ability to do sketches by hand.
- Good knowledge of Wilcom.
- Selecting fabrics and trims.
- Creating production sketches and Tech Packs.
- Reviewing product for style and fit during presentation.
