MotionCue is an international digital agency with offices in Rawalpindi, New York, and Los Angeles. We are supporting startups and enterprise clients in their digital content production (design & animation) needs.
We are looking for an HR Officer that will take care of designing and executing all HR functions and support for our HQ in Rawalpindi. The person in this role will provide consultation and guidance employees and/or managers on generic HR issues while balancing legal obligations, employee care, consistency & fairness, and the company’s best interests. The role will have a high amount of recruitment involved during the initial stages of our office.
What you will be doing
End-to-end responsibility for the HR Strategy to address business unit challenges and needs, based on deep understanding of a full business picture;
Translate organization needs into HR Interventions to improve business performance and effectiveness
Provide consultation on HR related topics and procedures for both managers and employees: recruitment, workforce planning, succession planning, performance improvement, facilitate Organizational Changes and team changes, promotion/talent mobility / and termination discussions
Partner with HR BPs to ensure alignment and to create a strong, cross-functional team
Deliver short-term solutions while also solving long-term problems by addressing immediate challenges and underlying causes
Provide timely, accurate and legally compliant advice on HR management issues
What you need for the role
3+ years in HR
3+ years of technical recruitment experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
Fluent in English
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Critical thinker with success in developing innovative solutions to business issues
