Motor Medicals Ltd is looking for a proactive Mailchimp & Marketing Assistant to support the development and execution of effective email marketing campaigns. This role is designed for an individual with at least one year of experience in email marketing, particularly using the Mailchimp platform to manage campaigns, segment audiences, and automate marketing workflows. The successful candidate will collaborate with the marketing team to increase lead generation and engage customers through well-planned digital communications.
In this position, the assistant coordinates all aspects of Mailchimp email campaign management and automation. They help implement marketing automation strategies that enhance customer interactions and drive business growth. Although this role does not involve managing a team, the assistant will work closely with other marketing professionals and contribute to achieving company marketing objectives through precise, data-driven email marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and deliver email marketing campaigns using the Mailchimp platform.
- Design and implement audience segmentation strategies to target specific customer groups effectively.
- Develop and maintain automated marketing workflows to nurture leads and enhance customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future email marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align email campaign goals with overall marketing strategies.
- Generate new leads through strategic email marketing initiatives and list building techniques.
- Ensure all email content complies with company standards and industry regulations for privacy and data protection.
- Maintain the Mailchimp database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity for effective campaign execution.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing and automation.
- Assist in the creation of marketing content tailored to various audience segments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Mailchimp campaigns or platform usage.
