• Greet and welcome guests when visit office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Handle all incoming calls (customer, clients and venders).
  • Answer questions and address complaints.
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
  • Punch accurate order in software.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints respectfully and professionally.
  • Ensure front desk area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customer feel supported and valued.
  • Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.
  • Follow all communication procedures, policies, and guidelines during every customer interaction.
  • Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
  • Receive, sort, distribute and send daily mail/curious.
  • Keep updated calls and visitors records and files.
