  2. Greet Customer, present menus and provide detailed information when asked.
  3. Ensure the guest feels important and welcome in the restaurant.
  4. Inform customers about the day’s specials.
  5. Apply positive suggestive sales approach to guide customer on their preferences.
  6.  Take orders and serve food and drinks & provide excellent customer services.
  7. Adhere to timing standards for products and services.
  8. Up-sell when appropriate.
  9. Check products for quality before serving and also ensure hot food is hot and cold food is cold.
  10. Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff.
  11. Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems. Communicate with customers to resolve complaints or ensure satisfaction.
  12. Check customer need for any change in order and update to the cashier and kitchen.
  13. Collect payments and ensure to follow all cash handling policies and procedures.
  14. Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning.
  15. Provide an excellent overall dining experience and always strive towards best customer satisfaction.
  16. Play role as a team player and be able to effectively communicate with our Kitchen Staff to make sure orders are accurate and delivered promptly. 
  17. Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and safe.
