1. Achieve Service and Sales Targets.
  2. Develop new customers and retain old customers for maintaining good business relation.
  3. Motivates and coaches existing team Members, and assists in the training of new team Members.
  4. Ensures that all company policies & procedures are communicated and implemented within restaurant team without any miss commination.  
  5. Ensures that health and safety codes, and company safety and security policies are followed.
  6. Work on controlling and reducing expenses and utilities.
  7. Ensure log books and production books are properly filled and maintained.
  8. Ensure all staff is following daily attendance defined parameters. Handle all four segments (Production, Dinning, Take away & Delivery) and their related operations.
  9. Works as a team player to support other employees in completing their tasks and excels in performing all team member tasks including: Kitchen Supervisor, Floor Supervisor, order taker/ dining room attendant, drinks and cashier etc. as needed.
  10. Assist RGM in day to day operations with tasks including scheduling, ordering, team development and sales development.
  11. Maintains fast, accurate and outstanding service, ensures an excellent customer experience, and makes sure all products are consistent with company standards.
  12. Assign each member of the team tasks based on their competencies and the needs of the group to meet production goals.
  13. Utilize the backgrounds and talents of team supervisors to enhance their abilities and groom them for future management roles.
  14. Set performance metrics for each team member and then work with team members to make sure that all metrics are met.
  15. Manage dining reservations and ensure satisfactory Customer Services.
  16. Report maintenance and training needs
  17. Lead team in any unwanted circumstances.
  18. Leads team members and directs all daily operations of the restaurant in the absence of the RGM including supervising and training employees, opening and closing the restaurant, ensuring all food preparation is complete, managing employee weekly /monthly roasters and shift changes, and completing shift summary reports.
