- Timely pickups & deliveries of shipments
- Strict compliance of Standard Operating procedures in all operational activities
- Coordination with Security Department for ensuring Strict security of Operations Room and places where material is being handled
- Receiving of inbound material & forwarding of outbound material
- Immediate handling of Operational Disorders and their speedy resolution
- Coordination with Customer Services Department for effective & efficient resolution of customers’ complaints
- Better understanding & coordination with sales department for providing customized service to our clients
- Imparts on the job training & coaching to couriers and other operations staff
- Coordination with Admin Department for ensuring Personal appearance & grooming of couriers, maintenance of their motorbikes and availability of courier kits
- Attendance & punctuality of staff
- Timely departure of couriers for deliveries
