MPACT Resources provides unparalleled personalized accounting services to a broad range of clients accross the Dubai Area. We are giving services to our clients of Cloudbased Accounting(online), Quarterly VAT returns as per UAE VAT Law and are helping them during their Annual Auditing done by third party interdependent auditors.
We are currently looking for a suitable candidate with 3 or more years of experience who will be working on online accounting software such as QuickBooks online and XERO etc. from Pakistan and will be assisting the chief accountant in finalizing client monthly financial reporting requirements.
Some key responsibilities of the job includes
- Management of Account Receivable / Account Payable and its regular reconciliations.
- Assistance in preparation of management reports for the management.
- Preparing bank reconciliations and daily cash reports.
- Handling all matters related to Cash and Checking Accounts.
- Petty cash checking & reconciliation
- Data entry of invoices and purchase orders
Candidate must have minimum related experience of at least 3 years of working in accounts department with a strong work ethics of maintaining discipline and meeting reporting deadlines. Potential candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office.
