We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. This role involves managing daily accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, supporting month-end closings, and maintaining compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accurate posting in the accounting system.
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and financial records.
Process accounts payable and receivable promptly and accurately.
Reconcile bank statements and other financial records regularly.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
Prepare and file monthly Sales Tax and Income Tax returns in accordance with local regulations.
Support audits, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
Ensure all financial documents are properly filed, stored, and compliant with company policies and audit requirements.
Liaise with internal departments to address billing, invoicing, and expense-related queries.
Monitor and manage petty cash, employee reimbursements, and vendor payments.
Qualifications & Skills:
MBA in Finance, ACCA (minimum Part Qualified) or relevant degree.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial compliance.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with integrity.
