We are looking for professional candidates to work for our UK Based Company for a full time permanent basis.
- Timing will be from 1pm till 9pm Mon-Sat.
- The candidate should have excellent Command on Speaking English.
- Its a full time permanent job.
- Foreign nationals will be preferred.
- Also candidate having foreign degrees and having UK exposure will be preferred.
- Receive inbound calls and resolve customer conflicts
- Recovery calls to our existing customer
- Maintain customer accounts and resolve their issues
- Make leads and get the payments
- Email reply and making reports of the progress
- Assist with the customer care and billing
- Should perform daily given tasks
