We are UK Based Company & looking for dynamic professionals for our Customer Support role at Lahore office. It’s a full-time position and working hours will be 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM Monday – Saturday.

Job Description

Acting as the company’s first point of contact, you’ll be responsible for resolving a range of enquiries from our customers politely and efficiently – whether that involves dealing with a billing query or collecting payments. We expect you to be a thorough professional who take ownership of your accounts, resolving customer issues, getting to the heart of the query, and providing the kind of service that earns our customers’ trust.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Got excellent command of Spoken English and can comprehend/resolve customer issues with utmost professionalism.
  • Effectively responds to inbound calls to investigate, process and resolve customer enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Make Recovery calls, resolve customer's concerns and collect the payments to support team/departmental objectives.
  • Someone who embraces teamwork at the core of their heart and willing to go the extra-mile for their team's success. 
  • Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer issues & complaints are addressed in accordance with company-wide Compliance protocols & procedures.
  • Candidates having foreign degrees/UK/USA exposure will be preferred.
