We are looking for professional candidates to work for our UK Based Company. Timing will be from 1pm till 9pm Mon-Fri. The candidate should have excellent Command on Speaking English. Its a full time permanent job.
Foreign nationals will be preferred. Also candidate having foreign degrees and having UK exposure will be preferred.
- Receive inbound calls and resolve customer conflicts
- Debt chase up calls to our existing customer
- Maintain customer accounts and resolve their issues
- Make leads and get the payments
- Email reply and making reports of the progress
- Assist with the customer care and billing
