We are a UK based company & is looking for an experienced Receptionist at our Lahore office.

It’s a full-time position and working hours will be 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM Monday – Saturday.

A Receptionist  is responsible for:

  • Performing clerical tasks within an office setting to support daily operations.
  • Answering and transferring phone calls, sorting and delivering mails to   employees.
  • Greeting visitors and directing them towards correct office.
  • Organizing files for billing, customer and client records, etc.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned or directed by the management.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Have completed a graduation degree in a suitable discipline.
  • Have previous experience as receptionist in a reputed organization.
  • Got good command of Spoken English/Urdu and professional attitude towards work.
  • Has an organized personality with prior experience in Microsoft Office and typing.
