A client of Ours is looking for some experienced CSRs for their RTA Personal Injury Claim Campaign.
- Due to COVID-19 we are only hiring candidates who can work effectively from home.
- Part-Time also available for students with appropriate experience

- Must have complete understanding of the process
- The successful candidate will be mainly responsible for closing and Vetting.
- Maintains contact with the client on claims and promotes a professional client relationship; makes recommendations to client as suggested by the claim status
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Supports the organization's quality program

Skills and Knowledge:
- Thorough knowledge of claims management processes and procedures
- Leadership/management/motivational skills
- Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem solving, analysis, and discretion; ability to handle work-related stress; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously; and ability to meet deadlines.
