MRJ, a Software House looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager capable of developing strong and result-oriented digital marketing strategies, PPC and other innovative techniques to drive traffic to the company’s portals to generate interest in the company’s products and services. The manager would be responsible for managing the complete supply chain process of the company’s businesses. He/She would also be creating engaging audio, video content, along with utilizing the latest digital marketing strategies to help the organization stay ahead of the competitors.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business Communication;

Master’s Degree holder would be preferred

Experience: 6 to 8 years

Salary: 50-100k

  • Create and manage content marketing strategies and social media presence.

  • Handling social media pages on all social media platforms.

  • Posting ads on different social media platforms including, Google AdWords, Facebook, Etsy, thumbtack and most importantly Craigslist.
  • Create innovative marketing strategies and explore new platforms to generate revenue online.

  • Create engaging online content in the form of videos, graphics, and blogs along with regularly analyzing content engagement results.

  • Forecast marketing growth and ROI for marketing campaigns on every social media platform.

  • Create and manage email and social media marketing campaigns on a regular basis.

  • Drive traffic to the company’s social media pages and handle clients’ queries on a daily basis.

Required Skills

  • Keen eye and aptitude for tackling problems with a solution-led approach.

  • Complete understanding of the marketing lifecycle and its workflow process.

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced working environment with an ambition to grow on a personal and organizational level.

  •  Outstanding communication skills, written, verbal, and presentation.

  • Understanding of the digital eco-system and brand distribution across different social media channels and application of digital marketing strategies in a B2B and B2C environment.

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and similar reporting tools.

  • Knowledge to design social media marketing campaigns across different channels.
