MS Huzaim Kamal Enterprises is seeking a skilled Surveyor / CAD Operator with a minimum of five years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Computer Aided Design (CAD), particularly AutoCAD, and a solid understanding of construction drawings and surveying techniques. This role involves creating precise technical drawings and supporting the construction process by ensuring all design elements are accurately represented and compliant with industry standards. The candidate will work closely with project managers and engineers to deliver quality output that meets project requirements. Although this role does not involve managing a team, it requires a high degree of independence, attention to detail, and effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD and other CAD software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
- Conduct site surveys and gather data to support the development of technical drawings and project plans.
- Interpret and apply engineering and architectural plans to create comprehensive CAD models.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to review designs and incorporate necessary revisions.
- Maintain and update drawings and related documents as projects progress and changes are made.
- Ensure all survey and design work complies with industry regulations, company standards, and health and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with construction teams to clarify design details and resolve any discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions.
- Support quality control by reviewing completed drawings for accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Utilize CAD technology to optimize design processes, improve efficiency, and enhance project outcomes.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations related to survey findings and design progress.
