As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our business operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial transactions and reporting. Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our company.
Responsibilities:
Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and prepare reports, financial statements, and budgets to support decision-making processes.
Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax returns, including sales tax, income tax, and any other applicable taxes.
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders, highlighting key financial indicators and trends.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with relevant departments to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial projections to guide business planning and resource allocation.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, prepare cash flow forecasts, and manage working capital to ensure adequate liquidity for business operations.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory tracking and valuation, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliation with financial records.
Financial System Management: Utilize accounting software and tools to streamline financial processes, enhance efficiency, and maintain data integrity.
Educational Background:
