We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, cold calling potential customers, and converting prospects into clients. Your goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while building strong, long-lasting relationships with our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote our products or services
- Identify and qualify leads by asking relevant questions and understanding customer needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer information in our CRM system
- Follow up with leads and customers to ensure their needs are being met and to offer additional products or services
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials and campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitors' activities
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an outbound sales executive or similar sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong phone presence and ability to handle high volume outbound calls
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Experience using CRM software and other sales tools
- Results-driven and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
